Several workshops will be offered to give organizations and individual artists the opportunity to learn about our grant opportunities available this fall.
Projects Pool Round 2
9 - 10 a.m.
For new organizations or organizations who received less than $10,000 from Projects Pool in the spring who might be interested in applying for an additional project
Arts Improvement Grants
10 - 11 a.m.
For organizations to apply for funds in capacity building, equipment purchases or upgrades, small capital expenditures, full financial audits, consultants to help with board capacity, small-scale creative placemaking projects and other capacity building and sustainability projects that improve the health of our county’s arts ecosystem
Artist Support Grant - Bring Your Proposal
11 a.m. - noon
A great follow-up to the previously offered Artist Support Workshop, bring your proposal to this peer-to-peer sharing session with an Arts Council Executive Director on hand to review your application to help you prepare it for submission.
September 8, 2022 - Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility
9 a.m. - noon
This 3-hour workshop will walk organization leadership through some basic fundamentals in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility training. This will be geared towards executive directors, community engagement leaders and board members.
November 10, 2022 - Strategic Planning Workshop
9 a.m. - noon
Featured Partnership: Small Business Center
This 3-hour workshop will be divided into sections - one for nonprofit organizations and one for individual artists and creative businesses. The groups will come together for a panel discussion and peer-to-peer sharing.
January 12, 2023 - Grants Workshop
9 a.m. - 11 a.m.
An explanation of available grants and scholarships with spring deadlines will be provided.
March 9, 2023 - Marketing Workshop: Cultural Segmentation
9 a.m. - noon
June 8, 2023 - Media Workshop
9 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Local Marketing Panel Discussion
